As we head into autumn, it's a good time to start thinking about protecting yourself and your loved ones from flu.
Flu is a highly infectious respiratory illness that can cause serious complications for some people, including older adults, pregnant people, young children, and those with certain long-term health conditions. The flu virus changes every year, which is why an updated flu vaccine is offered annually.
👩⚕️If you're eligible for a flu vaccination, look out for information from your GP practice, pharmacy, or healthcare team.
