📣We're really excited to be supporting St Mellons FC with funding towards the development of their activities. We caught up with them recently to ask a few questions....
⭐Who are St Mellons FC and how are you involved in the community?
St Mellons FC are an amateur football club in East Cardiff, we are supporting the community by being as inclusive as we can be with the volunteers we have on board.
We currently run the following groups;
- an under 13s
- under 16s
-youth (aged 16-19)
- two senior men's teams
- a Sunday team
- a Casuals team
Anyone is welcome within these ages to come and get themselves involved in the physical activities we run usually twice on a weekly basis.
⭐How can people get in touch with you?

⭐What difference does our funding make to you?
We have been put in a position to offer a one off signing on fee to every player, with our league season and winter training sessions covered thanks to the T4TSM grant.
⭐What are your hopes for the future?
We aim to continue building our financial backing through sponsors, grants and community funds. We plan to continue to expand the club to become bigger and bigger each season, getting more junior teams and women and girls teams involved in the football club moving forward. We are also in the process of finding a permanent home for the club through a lease in the local St Mellons community through local councillors.
