🏊♂️💙 SOMERSET ASA COUNTY DEVELOPMENT MEET – WE NEED YOU! 💙🏊♀️
📅 THIS WEEKEND – 17th & 18th OCTOBER!
🙌 Calling all volunteers and officials – can you spare a few hours to help?
Our Somerset ASA County Development Meet is taking place this weekend, and we’re looking for some extra helping hands to make it a fantastic event for our swimmers!
Whether you’re an experienced official, a regular volunteer or someone who’s never helped at a swimming meet before, WE WOULD LOVE YOUR SUPPORT! 💙
🎉 WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
🎟️ FREE ENTRY – No spectator admission fee when you’re volunteering!
🥪 FREE LUNCH – Helping across both sessions in one day? We’ll provide your lunch!
☕ UNLIMITED REFRESHMENTS – Enjoy tea, coffee and squash throughout the day!
😊 THAT FEEL-GOOD FACTOR – There’s nothing quite like knowing you’ve helped young swimmers achieve their goals!
🤝 MAKE NEW FRIENDS – Meet other swimming families, volunteers and officials from across Somerset.
🏊 BE PART OF THE ACTION – Enjoy the excitement, the personal bests, the smiles and the celebrations from the best seats in the house!
🌟 MAKE A REAL DIFFERENCE – Your time helps us give swimmers the opportunity to compete, build confidence and create lasting memories.
💙 REMEMBER – WITHOUT VOLUNTEERS AND OFFICIALS, SWIMMING MEETS SIMPLY CAN’T HAPPEN!
You don’t need to give up your whole weekend. Whether you can help for one session, one day or the whole weekend, every bit of support makes a difference.
And if you’ve never volunteered before, don’t worry! There are plenty of roles where no previous experience is needed.
📣 CAN YOU HELP?
Please get in touch with Somerset ASA or speak to your club to offer your support.
💙 Give a little time. Make a big difference. Help our swimmers shine! 🏊♀️🏅
