HELP BRING BACK OUR VILLAGE POST OFFICE *SOUND ON*

We're nearly there!

What began with the announcement that Moira's Post Office was closing has become something truly extraordinary. Our community came together with one shared goal... to bring back our village Post Office.

From leaflets and public meetings to fundraising events, word of mouth and hundreds of pledges, we've shown what can be achieved when a community works together.

Today we've reached an incredible 93% of our £31,000 target, with less than £2,000 left to raise!

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported the campaign so far. Your generosity, encouragement and belief in this project have brought us within touching distance of making it a reality.

A huge thank you to everyone who visited our stall at Party in the Paddock on Sunday and pledged their support by cash, cheque or online.

As a thank you, everyone who made a pledge on the day was entered into our prize draw to win a Limited Edition FIFA 2026 Taittinger Champagne.

Congratulations to Oliver Yemm, whose name was drawn at random as our lucky winner! We hope you enjoy your prize.

The campaign doesn't stop here. We now have just £6,500 left to raise to reach our £31,000 target.

Wow...! We've done it again! We've now reached an amazing £21,783! That's 70% of our £31,000 target!

A huge thank you to everyone who visited our stall at Party in the Paddock on Sunday and pledged their support by cash, cheque or online. Thanks to your generosity, we added over £2,500 to the campaign in just one day!

We're now within touching distance of our goal!

Community Congratulations... we've passed the halfway mark!

Thanks to your amazing support we've now raised an incredible £17,455 (Crowdfund plus cash pledges) towards bringing our village Post Office back. That's 54% of our £31,000 target!

A huge thank you to everyone who has pledged over the last few days. Your generosity has created fantastic momentum and shows just how much our community values having a Post Office back in the heart of the village.

HELP BRING BACK OUR VILLAGE POST OFFICE!

The Parish Council will be at Party in the Paddock on Sunday 12th July from midday, ready to answer your questions about our 'Help Bring Back Our Village Post Office' fundraising campaign.

Make your pledge on the day and you could WIN a bottle of Limited Edition FIFA 2026 Taittinger Champagne!

Plus, the first 24 people to pledge will receive a free can of Outcider.

We'll be able to take pledges by cash, cheque or QR code, so it's quick and easy to show your support.

Our "Help Bring Back Our Post Office" campaign has officially taken off! 🎉

Thank you to everyone who has pledged so far. Your support is helping build real momentum, but there's still a long way to go.

Please help spread the word by sharing our campaign with family, friends and neighbours. Together, we really can bring this essential service back to our village.

A Pledge Box for cash and cheque donations is on its way, so if online pledging isn't for you, there will soon be another way to get involved. Watch this space for more details!
