Hi, welcome to our group, we hope you enjoy the information we share here, we are a couple who enjoy
pottering around our lovely garden, we have a passion for good, healthy, tasty, nutritious, NON gmo foods.

We dicovered micro greens after realising that many shop bought vegatables are lacking in taste and
freshness. and many have been tampered with, Ie, genetically modified, we soon realised this wasnt for us
and then went about finding a solution to our little dilemma.The only way to guarantee a solution was
to grow our own from NON gmo seeds. Well, thats all well and good while we have summer here,but
what happens when winter arrives ? when the sun disappears for weeks on end ? and plants dont have the
conditions in which to flourish. You need fresh nutritious food 12 months a year.

So the answer was to take the project indoors,and so, our little adventure into micro greens began.
