Weโ€™re creating a new wellbeing strategy for our tenants and leaseholders in our communities โ€” and we want it to reflect your real priorities, not assumptions.

This strategy will shape what we focus on, invest in, and improve over the next few years โ€” things like jobs, community activities, green spaces, and support for residents.

But first, we need to understand what matters most to you.

๐Ÿ’ฌ What would make the biggest difference where you live?

Is it:

More job and training opportunities?

Cleaner, greener, safer estates?

More community activities and connection?

Better support for health and wellbeing?

Something else?

๐Ÿ‘‰ Take our quick 2-minute survey and tell us what matters most:
https://forms.gle/4QKU9e1SCmDpNu4a7

Weโ€™ll use your feedback to shape the strategy and share back what you said and what weโ€™re doing about it.

If you donโ€™t have time for the survey, you can also vote in the quick poll below ๐Ÿ‘‡

๐Ÿ‘ Jobs & training
โค๏ธ Cleaner & greener areas
๐Ÿ˜ฎ Safety
๐Ÿ‘ Community activities
๐Ÿ˜ข Health & wellbeing
๐Ÿ™‚ Other
Please react to vote

Your voice really does matter โ€” this is about setting priorities together.

Weโ€™re developing a new wellbeing strategy, and we want it to reflect what matters to the people who live in our homes โ€” not what we think matters. This short survey is your chance to tell us what would make the biggest difference to you and your community.

Weโ€™re pleased to announce that Julia Weller has been appointed Independent Chair of the new Neighbourhood Board for New Addington North as part of the ยฃ20m government-funded Pride in Place Programme.

Julia is a long-standing community champion and will lead a resident-led Board to ensure local voices shape how the funding is invested over the next 10 years.

The investment will focus on improving high streets, community spaces, and local services - putting power directly in the hands of New Addington residents.

It supports โ€™s priority to restore pride in Croydon.
