Frenze Beck Nature Reserve We are a sociable group of volunteers dedicated to the maintenance and promotion of Frenze Beck as an amenity for Diss and surrounding area.

We meet on Monday morning (9am - 1pm approx) for nature reserve maintenance.

Jonos' speaker fee, and any money raised from the sale of the bird guide book, Jono has written, will be donated to The Learning centre, Sri Lanka, that Jono established in 2017.
