Although we have grown to be one of the largest independent agents in the area we continue to retain our friendly but professional approach to selling properties. We will always give you honest and straightforward advice throughout the whole buying and

selling process. Although we specialise in mainly residential sales and lettings, we can now also help with your commercial property whether selling or leasing as well as land and new homes. We also can sell your property at auction. We produce full colour brochures of your property including floor plans. Our property valuations are free and we work on a 'no sale, no fee' basis. We don't believe in hidden costs! We are members of various professional bodies, meaning we will perform to industry set guidelines. Not all agents are prepared to join these bodies but with Brittons you can rest assured that you are dealing with a reputable agent who will always aim to deliver the highest standards of customer service and conduct our business with honesty and integrity.
