💚No improvement needed the duty team were amazing kept in contact to make sure we were ok kept us updated with progress. The only issue we had was out of your control and that was waiting for the police to arrive to close the road so we could safely unload: load the horse.

💚Very fast response and experienced mechanic.

💚The horse transporter Kim was amazing and make my daughter very comfortable. Thank you.

💚It was an excellent service received.

💚Great service from start to finish! Always communicating with myself, the waiting time was only an hour! Which isn’t that bad at all, as I was in a safe place.

💚I had good advice from the vehicle recovery team which led to a successful outcome.

💚The mechanic that attended our vehicle was extremely efficient. Super polite helpful and informative. An excellent and efficient service.

So not the day we wanted… got up early to take Mykena, Haya and Happy to Solihull this morning. On the way I had my front left tyre blowout on the motorway, was very lucky to have been able to get off onto the hard shoulder safely.
It wasn’t pleasant and made a lot of things resurface, but we are all home safe and sound. I have to say a big thank you to Equine Rescue Services, they did a brilliant job sorting recovery for us and letting national highways know. It helped take some stress out of a very stressful situation. We had our Rider Eye warning triangle out as soon as we could and I definitely think it helped get traffic slowing down and moving over more effectively than if we hadn’t had it with us.
Very thankful that we are all home safe and sound and it is all over
