We’re getting lots of questions on our posts and via Messenger. Just to remind - FODSL are all volunteers, we’re not at the pool and have to book thro the app like everyone else. Many questions/answers are under FAQs on the Rivers Fitness website. Thanks for supporting us - and happy swimming 😃

We were at a meeting in Little Al's at The Lido but saw 2 ladies going in for 3pm swim. The FODSL committee are having a busy week, standard monthly meeting last night, and today meeting with Cllr Dan Birch and Council representatives about our ideas for a street art project on the underpass on the Worcester Road through to St Andrews Road.

H2O is a resistance based workout in the pool, combining aerobic movements for a full body session designed to tone, improve stamina and burn calories.
