Office person required!

We are a small family run Nut & Bolt business in the heart of the black country and a stone throw away from the Merryhill Shopping centre..

We are looking for a person with experience in the fastener (nut & Bolt) industry to be part of our small office team to help with the day to day running of the office.

Duties include ….

Answering the phone talking to customers & suppliers quoting via email or over the phone, order inputting on sage and purchasing when needed
plus following up on quotes and hopefully generating new business leads at the same time!

Oh and most importantly making the coffee lol 😆

Must be able to work under pressure at times or when needed..

Hours of work Monday to Thursday 8.30am till 5pm and fridays 8.30 till 4pm

Warehouse Person required for the following duties of which you’ll be required to do…
Good Inwards
Stock Control/ Stock taking
Operating cutting Machines
(When or if required)
Generally keeping warehouse tidy and in order
Helping with picking and packing of customers orders.

Forklift license required (counterbalance)

Hours of work
8.00am - 4.30pm Monday-Friday

1/2hr Lunch

Need to be able to work at height
and be able to work on your own aswell as with other members of staff.

Wages are negotiable depending on experience.

A new addition to our warehouse, this STILL high level picking forklift which literally takes you to new heights 😆 fantastic bit of kit.
I’m actually using it myself at the moment as I’m relabeling all the pallets to enable the lads to pick the right products with confidence for all our customers.

Computer experience is required & knowledge of working on sage software would be a bonus although training can be given regarding the software but MUST have computer knowledge.
