Today, Nigel Huddleston MP for Droitwich and Evesham visited two Rooftop developments in Evesham, providing an opportunity to see first-hand how we're delivering good quality homes to meet local housing need.
✅ The visit began at Brook View on Pershore Road, where 67 new affordable and energy-efficient homes are being delivered in partnership with Stonebond.
✅ At Hemmingway, the visit highlighted the replacement of three homes with four new homes following a major incident.

💬Evesham Drop-in Sessions: Speak to our teams in person👩‍💻🧑‍💻
We're running regular Drop-in Sessions at our Evesham office – a simple way for our customers to come in, ask questions and get support from our teams.
No appointment needed.
📌Monday - 10 am to 12 noon
Repairs/General Enquiries: Report a repair, check progress on an existing repairs job, or ask general questions about your home.
📌Tuesday - 10 am to 12 noon
Neighbourhoods, Tenancy and Income Management: Talk to us about your tenancy, rent or payments, support with financial difficulties or concerns about your neighbourhoods
📌Wednesday - 10.30 am to 12 noon
Lettings: Ask about available homes, allocation or get advice on moving in and out

Our teams will be on site to listen, explain our services and help put the right support in place. You can drop in anytime during these hours. If we’re already speaking with other customers, there may be a short wait, but we will do our best to see you as quickly as possible.

📢New rights for social housing tenants to access information

From October 2026, tenants will have new rights under STAIRs (Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements).

STAIRs gives tenants greater access to information about how their landlord manages homes and services, helping improve transparency and accountability.
You will be able to access the information through our publication scheme. This may include our website and printed information available on request.

We're supporting Fire Door Safety Week 2026 🚪🔥
As a reliable landlord, we have a responsibility to ensure our customers and their homes are safe.
Here are some things you can do to help keep you safe:
🔴Fire doors should be closed at all times and never propped open. This will delay the spread of a fire through to other parts of the building. Following this advice could help save your life.
🔴Keep areas around fire doors clear to provide a route for emergency services.
🔴Do not alter or modify your fire door (this includes painting over the rubber/brush strips in the door frame), if you are in doubt please ask.
🔴Check the door closes firmly onto the latch without sticking on the floor or the frame.
🤳Report any repairs or issues with your fire doors and issues with any communal doors to the Customer Contact Team on 01386 420800.
