🏠🍀We continue to improve the energy efficiency of our homes as part of the government’s Warm Home: Social Housing Fund Wave 3 programme. We're now working with LivGreen to deliver these improvements across our homes with the lowest EPC ratings. All other Rooftop homes are already rated EPC Band C or above.

In the 2025/2026 financial year, we completed upgrades to 172 homes through the programme and we're continuing the work and plan to retrofit a further 149 homes this year.

Customers whose homes are included in the programme will be contacted directly.

Taking action on ASB🛡
When residents reported anti-social behaviour (ASB), our Neighbourhood Housing Officer (NHO) took swift action by speaking with the resident, explaining their tenancy responsibilities and continuing to monitor the situation. The regular visits helped bring a safe and peaceful community.
