‼️INCIDENT‼️
The team was called yesterday evening at 18:27 along with Wirral Coastguard Rescue Team with a missing person search for an elderly male at Dock Rock, Connah’s Quay.
Teams met with North Wales Police HGC Gogledd Sir Fflint / NWP North Flintshire to coordinate and plan an extensive search operation.
Additional support was requested from:

North East Wales Search and Rescue were also tasked by Police to search some inland areas.
After approximately three hours of searching, the good news came through that the missing male had been located safely inland by Police officers.
Following a full debrief, all units were stood down. A great example of multi-agency teamwork coming together to achieve a positive outcome. 👏
Our volunteers were back on station by 22:30 carrying out kit wash down and replenishing equipment following the incident.
