πŸ”₯ Fire Safety Improvements Complete πŸ”₯

As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance, Fife Medical Group Ltd has recently undertaken significant upgrades to our fire safety provisions throughout our headquarters and operational facilities.

We are delighted to confirm that following the installation and inspection of these measures, we have now been issued with a Certificate of Conformity by Firewise - Scotland

The installation has been completed in accordance with:

βœ… BS 5306 Part 3 – Commissioning and maintenance of portable fire extinguishers

βœ… BS 5306 Part 8 – Selection and positioning of portable fire extinguishers

This certification provides independent confirmation that our fire safety equipment has been correctly installed, positioned and commissioned in line with recognised British Standards.

Fire safety is not simply about having extinguishers mounted on walls. It is about ensuring that the correct equipment is available, in the correct location, properly maintained, supported by suitable evacuation procedures and integrated into a wider fire safety management system.

Over recent weeks we have been reviewing and enhancing:

πŸ”₯ Fire Risk Assessments
πŸ”₯ Emergency Escape Routes
πŸ”₯ Fire Action Procedures
πŸ”₯ Signage and Wayfinding
πŸ”₯ Emergency Equipment Provision
πŸ”₯ Staff Awareness and Training
πŸ”₯ Building Safety Arrangements
πŸ”₯ Planned Fire Escape Route Markings

As our organisation continues to grow, so does our responsibility to provide a safe environment for team members, clinicians, visitors and contractors.

The work that goes into compliance is often unseen, but it remains one of the most important investments any organisation can make.

A sincere thank you to the team at Firewise Scotland for their professional advice, installation work and support throughout the process.
Professional. Prepared. Compliant.
Every single day.

Firewise was proud to take part in our local Remembrance Sunday this past weekend.
Remembering the sacrifice that many before us made during the first and second world wars is extremely important.
This wreath was laid on behalf of Firewise by the youngest member of the team, Callan. 😊
