Could your ADU project save up to $15,000 on fire-safety installation? 💰🏠

For ADU builders, unexpected infrastructure costs can quickly push a project over budget.

That’s exactly what Cade Bowolick from Olerra Living Innovations encountered on a recent project in Colorado. A traditional sprinkler system would have required costly water-line connections, adding significant expense to the build.

Instead, Olerra installed Automist, helping them avoid those costly water infrastructure requirements.

In a new collaboration with Ryan O'Connell from How to ADU, Cade explains how Automist helped Olerra save money while delivering effective fire protection.

The benefits of Automist:

🔥 Potential savings of up to $15,000 depending on the project
💧 Can avoid costly water-line connections required by some traditional sprinkler installations
🏗️ Less invasive installation with minimal pipework
🏠 Low visual impact, ideal for modern ADUs
💰 Helps keep construction costs under control

For ADU projects where water infrastructure is expensive or difficult to modify, Automist can offer a smarter alternative to conventional sprinkler systems.
