During Carers Week, London Fire Brigade highlighted the importance of fire safety for people living with dementia and the carers who support them.
With more than a third of London dwelling fire fatalities receiving some form of care, simple measures such as testing smoke alarms, creating an escape plan and reducing common household fire risks can make a significant difference.
