Hong Kong authorities have filed the first charges over the deadly Wang F*k Court fire that killed 168 people last November.

Two companies and seven individuals face charges including manslaughter, fraud and corruption-related offences. Investigators found multiple fire safety failures, including disabled alarms and the use of flammable materials during renovation works.
