***Planned Maintenance Alert from Hampshire County Council***
As part of Hampshire County Council’s annual Planned Maintenance programme, drainage cleansing will be carried out at the junction with Meadow Lane and Bracknell Lane, Hartley Wintney.
The works are scheduled to begin on 14th May 2026 and are expected to take 1 day, between 07:30 – 18:00hrs. During which time the road will be closed to vehicular traffic on Meadow Lane at its junction with Bracknell Lane, and Bracknell Lane will have temporary traffic lights in operation at this location. Access to Meadow Lane is available from West Green Road. The roads will be open outside of these working times.

Further details are available at One.Network - https://one.network/?GB149927605.

While the schedule allows for potential delays, adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances may still lead to short-notice changes. We will make every effort to provide timely updates, although communicating these to the public at short notice can be challenging.
Advance warning signs will be installed before the start of works, and local residents and businesses have received the attached letter. Hart District Council and Hartley Wintney Parish Council have also been copied into this email for their information.
