Due to a temporary glitch, Winterton PO is not listed as a drop off location for Amazon returns.
However, we are still able to accept returns even if you have to select an alternative Amazon counter drop-off location.
We expect this to be rectified in the next day or two.

EASTER WEEKEND! 🐣

This office will close at 17:30 on THURSDAY 2ND APRIL and reopen on TUESDAY 7TH APRIL at 09:00.

CLOSED:

- Friday 3rd April
- ❗SATURDAY 4TH APRIL❗
- Sunday 5th April
- Monday 6th April

We’ll be getting some much needed rest (and possibly eating our body weight in chocolate 🍫), but we’ll be back refreshed and ready to help on the Tuesday.

Just a quick heads up; we aren't an EVRI drop off point.
Someone put an EVRI parcel in the postbox at the side of the office this morning, and luckily because it blocked the box and customers couldn't put their letters in we had to try and remove it.
This could well have been discarded had it been put in the royal Mail sack and carried on with that particular journey later.
Philippa has taken the parcel to Premiere - the EVRi drop off point, and it's back on its way.
