Through every visit, conversation, laugh, and difficult moment, we build meaningful relationships not only with our clients, but with their families too. Those relationships become friendships, support networks, and a source of comfort during life’s hardest times.

🌤️ What is this weather… has summer finally arrived? ☀️

The spring flowers are beginning to bloom, the trees are filling with fresh buds and leaves, and brighter days are definitely lifting everyone’s spirits 💙

Whilst the daily care tasks still carry on, our incredible carers are certainly enjoying the warmer, drier weather no soaking wet coats in sight! 😊

From morning visits to sunny cuppas and smiles along the way, we love bringing care, comfort, and companionship whatever the season 🌼

We’re looking for a Care Coordinator to help keep our home care service running smoothly—supporting staff, coordinating care, and making a real difference every day 💙

✨ Perfect for you if you’re:
• An experienced Care Coordinator
• OR a Senior Carer / Field Care Assessor ready to step up

💼 What you’ll do:
✔ Plan care schedules & support staff
✔ Carry out assessments & reviews
✔ Supervise and mentor care teams
✔ Be the go-to for client support
✔ Deliver care when required alongside office duties
✔ Take part in the on-call rota (1 evening per week + 1 in 4 weekends – paid)

🌟 Congratulations Kirsty! 🌟

Kirsty’s journey with Valley Care is a true story of dedication and progression. From starting as a carer at the very beginning of the Valley Care story, to becoming an Assessor, and as we joined Care Santé she stepped into a Care Co-ordinator role Kirsty has consistently gone above and beyond.

During her time as Co-ordinator, she has devoted so much time and effort into building a highly successful High Peak area, supporting both clients and staff with passion and commitment.

We are now incredibly proud to introduce Kirsty as our new Care Manager for the Derbyshire branch 💙
In this role, Kirsty will oversee the day-to-day running of care, ensuring our values remain at the heart of everything we do while continuing to grow and strengthen the branch.
Kirsty, your hard work, dedication and leadership truly shine through.

As we approach our contract start date at Brookhead Lodge, our team have been working hard to ensure a smooth and successful mobilisation.

They are extremely dedicated to ensuring Brookhead lodge is a safe, supportive and a thriving community where many will love to live.

We’ve had the pleasure of meeting new clients and building strong relationships with Stockport Council, Stockport Homes, and local social workers. We have been blown away by their warm, welcoming, and supportive approach.

We are so excited that Valley Care is on this journey alongside such fantastic people, in a beautiful facility. We can’t wait to share our progress, milestones, and successes with you all along the way. 💙
