Josie Moran, 20/03/1987 has been convicted of Assault by beating and Criminal damage to property valued under £5000 at Uxbridge Magistrates Court on the 4th June 2025. She was given a 10-week prison sentence and ordered to pay a fine of £154.

In October last year, Moran assaulted a victim and in January this year, Moran was seen on CCTV to tear off a section of the privacy screen from a front communal door which was installed due to the number of parcel thefts at the location. In both instances, officers from Hounslow Central Safer Neighbourhood Team reviewed the CCTV and identified her as being involved in both incidents.

Our colleagues from West Area Special Constabulary were out this Monday undertaking proactive neighbourhoods tasking and supporting with response teams calls across West Area.

As they were conducting their patrols, a speedy motorbike piqued their attention. Upon further investigation, this bike has been stolen from Heathrow 2 weeks ago. This bike was also discovered to be on altered plates. A male was arrested and has since bailed pending further enquiries.

Another vehicle was also seized for forensic examination as it’s suspected to be involved in crime across West London.

Fantastic sentencing of 2 aggravated burglars.

In May 2022, the victims of an aggravated were asleep in their bed when they were threatened by 2 men during a burglary at their home. The masked males threatened the couple whilst holding weapons and demanded them to hand over their belongings. The males made of with a number of stolen belongings & cash during the harrowing ordeal which was incredibly distressing for the couple.

Shortly after the incident, 2 males were and on the 21st May 2025 at Isleworth Crown Court.

Mohamed Alhadad, 01/09/1988, Christchurch Avenue, Brent was to 8 years sentence with an extended licence of 3 years.

Ibrahim Alshaba, 21/11/1997, Scrubs Lane, Hammersmith and Fulham was sentenced to 6 years 9 months custodial sentence with an extended licence of 3 years.

Last week, the Offender Management Unit within Public Protection, ran a dedicated arrest operation targeting wanted suspects for domestic abuse offences. The five-day initiative was aimed to disrupt domestic abuse offending and protect those most vulnerable.

Over the course of the week, 19 people were arrested, including several significant suspects who had been wanted for some time. Key arrests included individuals wanted for serious offences such as kidnap, false imprisonment and threats to kill.

These arrests were swiftly followed up by the Community Safety Unit, who ensured appropriate processing and pursued positive outcomes for victims.

The Integrated Licencing and Antisocial Behaviour Team in Hounslow work tirelessly to target persistent offenders in our community. They are keen on joint partnership working to achieve great results like the below.

When Jama attended court at the beginning of the month, the judge gave an interim Criminal Behaviour Order, but it has now been made a full order with the below conditions:

Prohibitions :
1. Enter the exclusion zone within the London borough of Hounslow as defined in MAP A, unless passing through on public transport without alighting, or attending pre-booked probation/medical appointments, pre-booked appointments with LB Hounslow Council, pre-booked appointments with the job centre, and pre-booked appointments with ARC; in which the onus to have written proof on his person at that time is on JAMA.
2. Wear a hood up, hat, or cover or attempt to cover your face when in any retail or commercial premises in England and Wales
3. Enter any retail or commercial premises in England and Wales from which he has been formally banned – such ban must be expressed in writing and served on JAMA.
4. Remain in any retail or commercial premises in England and Wales having been asked to leave by a member staff.
5. Be in possession of any bag or carry-all containing retail goods, totaling £50 or more, that are in their original packaging in any public place in England and Wales without proof of purchase.
6. Be in possession of any drug paraphernalia in any public place in England and Wales including but not limited to, crack pipes and any item that has been adapted or used for the consumption of class A drugs, Snap bags or grinders.
7. Associate in public in England and Wales with the following: Arnold SALAMO , Nimo ALI AHMED, Awab HALOUF & Zakaria SAMAN
8. Associate within the exclusion zone defined in Map A with: Mahari ABRAHAM
9. Have in his possession an open Container or containers of Alcohol in a public Place in England and Wales, with the exception of licensed premises.

Can you help Essex Police find Lorraine and Sam Vickers? It is believed they could be in the Hampshire, Surrey or west London areas.

Samuel Vickers, also known as Sam, is 37 years old and white. He is believed to have short, thin light brown hair, and may have a beard. He is of large build around 5 feet 5 inches tall.

Lorraine Vickers, also known as Lorraine Bingham, is 36 years old, white, with blonde hair which is believed to be in a short style. She is around 5 feet 3 inches tall.

As our inquiries have progressed, we have come to believe they were or still are in the Farnborough area, and could be moving across the borders between Surrey, Hampshire, and west London.

If you have any information, CCTV, dash cam or other footage in relation to this incident, then please get in contact with us.

Dementia Action Week, which runs from 19-25 May, is a national campaign, coordinated by The Alzheimer’s Society.

The aim of the week is to raise awareness about the disease and encourage more people who are worried about it to seek help.

The Alzheimer’s Society and other council partners are hosting a series of events throughout the week where you can learn more about services and support in Hounslow.

The week includes Living Well with Dementia, a community event at Syon House on Tuesday, 20 May for anyone affected by dementia – including family members and carers. Tickets are free but limited, so please book your place on the Eventbrite page https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/step-back-in-time-step-forward-for-dementia-awareness-tickets-1320095123049?aff=oddtdtcreator to confirm your attendance.

Police will be at some of these events to help raise awareness of The Herbert Protocol.
