Nearly three in five parents expect their children to be less active during the colder months. But staying active is vital for physical and mental wellbeing.

That’s why the Government have launched a new campaign called ‘Let’s Move!’ which is supported by Sport England and encourages families to keep active all year round.

One of the best ways to do that? Swimming! 🏊️

Local pools are warm, indoors and full of fun. Whether it’s a splash session, swimming lessons or just playtime in the water, it’s a brilliant way to stay active when it’s cold outside.

What an amazing day at Indian Gymkhana during the Women’s Cricket Match organised by Inspiring Indian Women!

Team Lampton Leisure had a fantastic time meeting so many cricket stars and inspiring personalities, including Mayor Amy Croft, Warrant Officer Sir Ashok Kumar Chauhan and the legendary Mr Ravi Sharma.

A huge thank you to Rashmi, Head of Inspiring Indian Women, for giving us the opportunity to be part of such a wonderful event. 🙏

We loved being surrounded by the energy, sportsmanship and community spirit that made the day truly special. 🏏💙

What a day! On 19th July, despite the rain, the cheers were loud, and our local community showed up in full force for Heston Sports Day 🎉

It wasn’t just about the races (though there were some speedy legs out there!) It was about neighbours coming together, families laughing, and friends making memories.

Events like this remind us why Lampton Leisure Centres matter, they're more than just places to work out. They're where our community connects, grows, and celebrates together 💛🏅
