OPENING UPDATES
Unfortunately we are having to close this afternoon due to staff shortages.
Tomorrow (Saturday 30 May) we're not opening until 12.30pm again due to staff shortages. We are nearly fully booked just the odd place left here and there.
Sunday 31 May we are open 8am until 4.15pm and lots of spaces left
Monday 1 June we are closed due to staff shortages we are opening for the the Aqua HIIT at 7.15pm

We've been able to open up some extra spaces at Ingleton Swimming Pool for tomorrow afternoon.

This summer we have lots of new offerings to keep you active in our pool.

Aqua HIIT
Starts this Monday 25 May 7.15pm
45 minutue higher intensity exercise class
Charlotte, our qualified instructor will be there to work you hard with music to encourage you
£8.50 per person

For those of you looking for something a bit gentler, designed for everyone. Something to take a bit more at your own pace

Aqua aerobics
Wednesday mornings at 10:30am (from 27 May)
Friday lunchtime at 12:15pm (from 5 June)
45 minutes
£8.50 per person

Another one of our new offerings for this summer. Lauren of Fellbeing is bringing her floating sound baths to our pool. June is nearly fully booked! Don't miss out!

✨ Floating Soundbaths at Ingleton Outdoor Pool... The first Sunday of June, July & August 6-7.30pm ✨ 

What can you expect? 

A truly relaxing experience... Floating comfortably on large air beds, drift along to a live soundscape created with gongs and singing bowls - instruments shown to create resonant tones that support brain wave state relaxation and meditation.  

Combined with the open air setting surrounded by trees, these sessions weave sound, nature, meditation and community for relaxation and wellbeing 🌿 🧘🏻‍♀️🎶 ⛅

Despite being at the pool, you do not enter the water 💦 and support is on hand through out 😊

Just a quick heads up — Ingleton Pool will be closed this Saturday because we’ll all be over at the Community Centre running our Jumble Sale from 2–4pm! 🛍️

Come say hi, grab a bargain, and help support your local pool — every little bit really helps! 💙

Don’t worry though — we’ll be back open on Sunday for your usual swims and splashes! 🏊‍♀️💦
