Motorbikes on the recreation ground.

We are aware there has been another bike racing around the Kilnbarn Road Recreation Grounds today. We always report these incidents to the police and today it was called in to 999 as the person was racing around near to dog walkers. We do everything we can but it is a very difficult issue to deal with. No one should put themselves in danger trying to approach the offenders and this includes parish council staff.
