NEW Beginners Yoga Course in Hempstead Village Hall in the new year! This is the perfect space to relax, breathe and focus on self-care, no matter where you are starting from.

Whether you are looking to build strength, work on your flexibility, find a calm space or just try something new, this course has been designed FOR YOU. Together, we will explore the basics of Yoga in a supportive and welcoming environment.

✨ A safe and uplifting space to learn
