The Gold Award highlights our commitment to inclusion, participation and ensuring every child has the opportunity to develop confidence, resilience and a lifelong love of being active.

🌟 What an amazing Macmillan Coffee Morning! 🌟

Our school community truly demonstrated our Community value, coming together to support a fantastic cause.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the event such a success, including our families for their wonderful baking donations, our parent volunteers for giving their time, and our pupils and staff for their enthusiasm and support throughout the morning.

We are incredibly grateful for all the generous donations received. 💚 The final fundraising total is still being counted and will be shared soon, but we are delighted with the support shown by our school community.

📱 IMPORTANT – SCHOOL COMMUNICATION

Following feedback from parents and carers, we’re making school communication simpler and easier to keep track of.

Going forward, all school-wide and year-group communication will be shared through the Safer Schools App, giving families one central place for important updates, notices and information. These communications will no longer also be sent by email, so please make sure you have the app downloaded and check it regularly.

📅 We also encourage you to use the calendar within the app, where all confirmed diary dates for the school year are published. Simply select a date or event to see further details.

The app also gives parents and carers easy access to useful tools and information, including reporting absences, school policies and notice boards, all in one convenient place.

🔐 The code required to access our school on the app has been emailed directly to all parents and carers. If you cannot locate your code, please contact the school office who will be happy to provide it.

We hope this change makes it easier for everyone to stay informed and find the information they need in one place. 💙
