🔥🚪🔧Fire Door Maintenance at Saxton, The Avenue, Leeds 🔥🚪🔧

RWB Fire Door Solutions recently carried out maintenance works to an apartment entrance door at Saxton in Leeds

Following a survey by another party, our team was brought in to ensure the door met compliance standards.
Works included:
✅ Frame adjustments – reducing gaps between the door and frame to within tolerance - reducing from 6mm at the head of the frame to 4mm
✅ Closer speed adjustment – ensuring the door operates safely and effectively

This is one of many doors in the complex we have done maintenance or replacement work for.

Regular fire door maintenance is vital for resident safety and compliance. Even small adjustments can make a big difference in performance during an emergency.

🏛️ Toulston Lodge was constructed in 1603, this period property was built as a hunting lodge.
🛠️ It was important that any works in this building were sympathetic to the buildings history and heritage.
