Celebrating our latest homeshare match! Just a few miles from the city centre, a popular area with both students and professionals interested in homesharing. 🎉

The householder is looking forward to some help with household tasks and local errands, as well as enjoying shared interests with the home-sharer. ✔️

We’re looking forward to facilitating this arrangement, which has a 50-year age difference - and the householder and sharer are both enthusiastic about the mutual support and benefits that homesharing can bring.

Leeds City Council’s Homeshare service facilitates mutually beneficial living arrangements between sharers and householders.
The retired Householder is willing to share their home, skills and interests and enjoys conversation about the arts and films.
The person who moves-in must be able to commit to providing around 10 hours company and practical help each week (some cooking, light chores, local errands) and will benefit from use of the spare room, shared spaces and garden. Costs are £180 per month plus bills.
