A new name for a shared future.

We're delighted to announce Leeds Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT) as the name of the new organisation being created through the planned merger of Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust next year.

Martha’s Rule is a patient safety initiative to help spot and respond to health conditions getting worse while someone is in an acute hospital setting. It makes sure that the worries of patients, families, carers and staff are listened to and acted on.

July is South Asian Heritage Month 2026. The theme for this year is Unity in Diversity.
The artwork shows the national flowers of the 8 South Asian countries reflecting their diversity and beauty across shared values.
South Asian communities in the UK experience a lot of health inequalities - higher rates of heart disease, type 2 diabetes and mental health concerns as well as lower rates accessing health screening.
