Do you love, or work with, an autistic person but just need more help in supporting them?

We’re commissioned by the NHS to offer free, online coaching sessions through Autism Central.

These sessions are delivered by our trained and supervised peer guides with lived or family experience.

The sessions offer a safe space to reflect on autistic wellbeing, family life and practical guidance, helping you feel heard, connected and navigate services.

Anyone living in England and supporting an autistic person of any age is eligible. 4, 8 or 10 consecutive sessions can be booked.

Free workshop: ‘Supporting Your Neurodivergent Family’ by Norfolk & Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust.

Whether you are neurodivergent yourself or have multiple children with different needs, this workshop will consider the experience of caring for neurodivergent families and what strategies may be helpful when supporting multiple need households.”

We are hosting an online workshop on Friday 8th May for parents who have children with OCD in the CAMHS age bracket (5-18). Tickets are now...OPEN! 🎫

This workshop covers the exact same educational content and agenda as our smaller workshops, but differs slightly because:

🔸 They are shorter (2:15pm finish instead of 3:00pm)

🔸More attendees (50, instead of 14)

🔸Questions asked in Q&A box instead of over the microphone

🔸 In the smaller workshops, attendees have the choice to very briefly introduce themselves and explain what they want to achieve from the day. There won’t be any introductions for the larger workshops, and we ask this question in the sign-up form instead

🔸 Unlike the smaller workshops, cameras don't have to be on if attendees would rather have them off and a microphone is not needed
