It's been amazing to watch this lady develop and grow over the years, not just talented but genuinely lovely also x

When Reiki energy is combined with the vibrations of the drum, it can create a deeply relaxing experience, helping to encourage a sense of calm, release tension and support overall wellbeing.

😉 Earphones advised to enhance the vibrations, if you can't make the time no worries the live will be available for 30 days😉

Drumming has been associated with relaxation and changes in the body's stress response. It may also support the release of endorphins, which are linked with feelings of wellbeing and the body's natural response to discomfort.

The rhythmic vibrations of the drum can help create a sense of energetic balance and harmony, allowing you to relax deeply and reconnect with yourself.

✨ How to prepare ✨

Find yourself a comfortable, quiet place where you won't be disturbed — either sitting in a chair or lying comfortably on your bed.
🕯️ Make yourself cosy
🕯️ Grab a blanket if you wish
🕯️ An eye mask can be lovely if you have one
🕯️ Close your eyes, relax and simply allow yourself to receive

🥁 While I am drumming, you can simply relax and enjoy the experience.

When I have finished drumming, I will remain in silence for a few minutes, allowing you time to gently settle and enjoy the remaining vibrations and energy of the session.

💧 After your session, take some time for yourself, drink plenty of water and allow yourself to rest and relax.

✨ Come with an open heart, let go of the day's stresses and simply be. ✨
