A huge congratulations to Councillor Aaron McIntyre on becoming Deputy Mayor of Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council. 👏🏻

Many of you who have contacted my office for help over the years will know Aaron and his passion for helping people and getting local issues sorted. He works incredibly hard for the communities we represent.

Wishing him all the very best for the year ahead. He’ll do a fantastic job!!

🏅 Turns out our Planning Department doesn’t just plan routes… they run them too! 👏💙

I was delighted to receive a cheque for an amazing £2,719.73 from the team following their Belfast Marathon challenge in support of my Mayor’s Charity, Action Cancer. 🎀

From pounding the pavements to raising vital funds, they’ve gone above and beyond for this fantastic cause. Even better, the total is still growing!

A huge thank you to everyone who ran, donated and cheered them on. You’re making a real difference. 💙

A fab afternoon yesterday at Magheragall Country Fair. Great to bumping into so many friends and neighbours - and the rain stayed away for the most part! Great event - well done to all involved 👏
