Liskeard Library Liskeard Library has temporarily moved to Luxstowe House to allow for refurbishment of the Passmore Edwards library building on Barras Street.

Liskeard Library has temporarily moved to Luxstowe House. This is to allow for the refurbishment of the Passmore Edwards library building on Barras street. Planning permission has been granted to a local community group called RIO. This is to continue the library service and to carry out significant refurbishment of the building. Once this refurbishment has been completed, the Library will return
