ChatFuture launched this month and it's completely free to use.

Throughout September, information will be shared across the Transport for Cornwall website and page as well as Real Time Information screens on the events and competitions that will be running, as well as some Myth-BUSting facts for everyone!

We look forward to seeing some of you whilst out and about on the buses in Cornwall!

Lets work together to stop Violence against women & girls. The stark fact is that 20% of reported crime is about violent behaviours:

Invitation to Participate: 16 Voices for 16 Days

As part of this year's 16 Days of Action campaign, the working group has chosen the shared theme "16 Voices for 16 Days."
We are looking for 16 women with lived experience who would be willing to anonymously share their stories to help inspire others to seek the support that is available to them.

To make this possible, we need your help to reach women who may be interested in taking part.

By sharing their experiences, participants can help raise awareness, reduce stigma, and provide hope to others who may be experiencing abuse. Stories will be shared anonymously across Cornwall through campaign events, social media, and case studies featured on the Safer Cornwall website, ensuring that real voices and experiences are at the heart of this year's campaign.

The Brief
If you know someone who may be interested in taking part, we ask that organisations support individuals to share their stories either as a written account or a recorded audio file that can be transcribed.

Stories should be no longer than one side of A4 or five minutes in length and should be recorded in the first person to reflect the individual's own voice and experience.

We would also like to include a first name and age alongside each story. To protect anonymity, names can be changed or a pseudonym used where preferred.

Participation is entirely voluntary; however, participants should be aware that their stories may be used by multiple 16 Days of Action partners to help maximise the campaign's reach across Cornwall.
If you would like further information on behalf of someone you work with, please get in touch. Likewise, if you are an individual who would like to share your own story, please contact [email protected].

Together, we can ensure that the voices of women with lived experience are heard and that more people feel able to come forward and access the support available to them.
We ask that stories are submitted to [email protected] by Friday 4th September.
