rannu straeon, celf, cerddoriaeth, symudiad, sgwrsio a phaned!
Mae Elevenses ar gyfer y rhai sy'n byw gyda Dementia yn ogystal â gofalwyr / aelodau o'r teulu i ddod ynghyd os ydyn nhw’n dymuno.
Ry’n ni’n cynnal amrywiaeth o weithgareddau gan gynnwys crefftau celf, cerddoriaeth, symud a dawnsio, adrodd straeon, gemau, serameg, canu a siaradwyr gwadd weithiau.

A throwback to when we first started running Elevenses Sessions at our home in Llanelli.
A space for those on a dementia journey to come together and connect through sharing stories, art, music, movement, chatting and a cuppa!
Elevenses is for those who live with Dementia as well as carers / family members to come along to if they wish.
We run a range of activities including arts and crafts, music, movement and dancing, storytelling, games, ceramics, singing and sometimes guest speakers.
We host two sessions in Llanelli and Carmarthen.

Wythnos y Gwirfoddolwyr ydy hi!

Edrychwch ar ein gwirfoddolwyr YPSU sydd wedi bod yn cymryd rhan yn y Grant Dan Arweiniad Ieuenctid, sy'n cael ei weinyddu ar ran WCVA gan CAVS mewn cydweithrediad â Chyngor Sir Caerfyrddin.

Yn ddiweddar maen nhw wedi bod yn gweithio gyda Over 50s, Cegin y bobl, Elevensies a digwyddiadau Diwrnod Rhyngwladol y Plant!

It's Volunteers week!

Look at our YPSU volunteers who have been taking part in the Youth Led Grant, which is being administered on behalf of WCVA by CAVS in collaboration with Carmarthenshire County Council .

They have recently been working with over 50s, Cegin at bobl, Elevensies and the international children's Day events!
