A very belated happy new year to you all. I had a busy end to last year and start to this year but will endeavor to keep you all up to speed with whats going on. There has been some early activity in the market this year. I launched 35 Headington Road in January and have that agreed within a couple of weeks. Hamptons listed a house on Lidiard Road at £1.1m and managed to get that under offer, and KFH who agreed 31 Headington last year had a fall-through but I expect it will get agreed again quickly.

Welcome all, following on from the Queen's Jubilee and this year's Halloween I wanted to create a page where local residents across all streets could post information, pictures, etc. I know each street has WhatsApp groups but many of the warnings about scammers, thefts, etc., as well as the good things, affect all the streets, hence this page.
