In June and July 2020 tenants and residents in Gilbeys Yard and Juniper Crescent NW1 voted by an overwhelming majority against demolition of our 24 year old estates in a democratic ballot held by One Housing, the landlord. Richard Hill, the CEO of One Housing refuses

to accept the ballot results as final and One Housing are pressuring residents to change their minds and have another ballot.

One Housing want to force through the unnecessary demolition of our 202 award winning homes built in only 1997. They want to replace them with 700 high density and high rise homes over the next eight to ten years, which will be unaffordable for most local people who need them.

We are calling on our local MP Keir Starmer, the Mayor of London Sadiqkhan London, the Leader of Camden Council Council Georgia Gould and our local councillors – Cllr Pat Callaghan, Cllr Lazzaro Pietragnoli and Cllr Richard Cotton – to fight for our rights and guarantee that One Housing
