About the DA Abroad
The Democratic Alliance is the fastest growing political party in South Africa. The DA is a party of government, not only an opposition party. We have created more economic opportunities, accelerated service delivery and cut crime. We are helping to improve peopleโs lives where we govern.
The Democratic Alliance Abroad is the DAโs overseas network of volunteers who are making a difference and contributing to the success of our country through projects and campaigns that are aligned with the DAโs vision.
Our role overseas is significant in raising the profile of the DA and its work in government around the world. We are also in a unique position to draw the attention of foreign governments, business and media, to issues in South Africa and encourage mobilisation of our campaigns internationally.
Aside from our campaign objectives, the DA Abroad also aims to provide South Africans with an opportunity to be part of a global community of passionate South Africans.
