The update also provides further detail on outstanding cases, complex pension circumstances affecting delivery times, and deferred members who cannot currently be traced.

We maintain pressure on the MOD to provide greater clarity on timescales and ensure the concerns of affected members are heard.

The latest MOD update shows that 99,077 Remediable Service Statements (RSSs) have now been issued to Armed Forces Pension Scheme members.

Pension Overpayments: This morning our CEO joined BBC Breakfast and BBC Radio 4 Today to discuss the Armed Forces pension overpayment issue.

In his interview Neil emphasised that:

"Those organisations reponsible for these errors are not being held accountable... the MOD should review it's decision on overpayment recovery"

Growing National Attention on Veterans Facing Pension Repayment Demands: the spotlight on this issue continues.

Following recent media coverage, The i paper has become the latest publication to report on veterans being ordered to repay pension overpayments worth tens of thousands of pounds.

Behind every headline is a veteran and their family facing uncertainty about their financial future. Increased scrutiny is important, but what veterans need most is a better administered pension scheme.

As national attention increases, so does the need for a fair resolution for those affected. We will continue to make that case.
