We are highly experienced and successful in dealing with the often complex and
sensitive process of obtaining listed building consents across London, the south-east
and further afield.
We have a long track record of obtaining consents working on projects in conservation
areas, on listed buildings, and in unlocking the potential of difficult and unusual sites
through a careful and knowledgeable approach to each particular site, including for
subterranean developments.

with and adapting historic buildings for modern lifestyles, including sensitively inserting
contemporary elements.
