Another pallet for nesting and resting.
This might be the last one for a while as the last two ones took an awful time to ensemble and to find time to launch.
I've started building them ... Around the end of last year.
Ready for water resting for next spring.
We have some .. 15 anchored resting places spread around the lake, including the tree logs

Just spotted three of these guys in the cemetery. According to Google Lens and Wikipedia it is a Mistle thrush.

The mistle thrush is a bird common to much of Europe, temperate Asia and North Africa. It is a year-round resident in a large part of its range, but northern and eastern populations migrate south for the winter, often in small flocks.

Sadly we had another fire.
Not sure how it started but it was put out on time.

Another successful launch : a new pallet , floating island. This time I've tried to put some soil and vegetation on top to help nesting and hiding, over time . Hopefully courts do not devour it (again).
Started building in march this year ...
This makes the 14th nesting &resting island ( not including the 2 that have sunken over time )
