Behind the scenes, but always at the heart of the action! In Kat you’ll find someone who keeps our people supported, connected, and thriving.
Her role encompasses partnering with Retail and Group Operations teams meaning her days are anything but predictable. One moment it’s supporting training and development, the next it’s shaping culture initiatives or rolling out new ways to recognise our teams.
Right now, she is helping bring some exciting projects to life, including a brand-new Team Member Handbook, a refreshed internal communications approach, and our Team Member of the Month initiative, all designed to support, recognise, and celebrate colleagues across the business 🎉
Starting her journey in retail over 10 years ago as a Customer Service Advisor, Kat has been hooked on the energy ever since. Fast-paced, ever-changing, and always on her third coffee ☕… it’s safe to say she thrives on the buzz!
Kat is passionate about what the future holds, especially being part of a business that’s growing at pace, investing in its people, and bringing fresh energy back to the high street.
