We want to say thank you to all the residents who voted for us. Although this is not the result we wanted or worked so hard to achieve, we can't help but be ecstatic at the results across Bromley.
We want to congratulate My Beckenham Lib Dems (Chole-Jane, Gita and Steven). We're sure they will be hard-working councillors. In politics, it's important to recognise we have more in common that unites us than divides us.
Finally, we want to pay tribute and acknowledge Michael Tickner whose long record of service as a councillor (nearly 50 years) has been outstanding.
