Here's a look back at our recent Elev8You workshops, where women from across Bexley came together to focus on wellbeing, self-confidence and preparing for their next steps towards employment.

From learning about nutrition and healthy habits to exploring personal style and taking part in a beauty masterclass, participants gained practical tips designed to help them feel their best both personally and professionally.

After being out of work for over a year, this participant received tailored support to help rebuild confidence, manage interview anxiety, and prepare for employment while balancing childcare responsibilities.

Through ongoing one-to-one support, mock interviews, and guidance around childcare options, she successfully secured a role within a local school — a position that fits around family life and has had a hugely positive impact on her wellbeing and future.
