Last week your local Reform Councillors were on a walk about around Blakelaw and Cowgate. We came across this very dangerous manhole at Blakelaw community centre. We were informed that it been in a poor state for over a year. It was reported immediately and the work will be carried out this week.
Result!!

Impromptu litter pick today in Cowgate. A horrendous mess. All these bags collected at Central Grange. Just so you know I was joined spontaneously by 10 local kids who helped me clean up. In fact they did most of the work.
If you live in Central Grange and they are your kids, be proud of them. They are fantastic.

Your councillors have an update for you on the garages on Craigmillar Close.

After a lot of back and forth on these Garages I am pleased to let you know that we now have confirmation that they will be demolished! Work will begin on this at the end of this month ☺️
