JAPAN Presentation Worldwide Presentation of Japanese culture.
2020年に向けて、日本の文化を世界? The Government of Japan, with Japanese companies, launch the “Japan Presentation Project” .

Its goal is to generate business opportunities, expand the presence of Japanese companies overseas and show the delightful and modern aspects of Japanese culture. The first great worldwide initiative of this project was the “JAPAN OMOTENASHI PAVILION” at the Parque da Bola Rio (Jockey Club, Rio de Janeiro, from June 12th to July 13th 2014).

wed by the coming up event “PRESENTING JAPAN”.
“PRESENTING JAPAN “ is promotional event that will be held in London from 24th to 30th Oct. 2015. Creative artists, craftspeople, chefs, sporting figures and other people representing the best of Japan will be gathering in London at the end of October to convey the values of the nation to a worldwide audience. We’d like to invite you to immerse yourself in the essence of Japan in London this autumn, taking in a feast of live art, Japanese cuisine and Sake, and a whole range of other Japanese treats.

Yesterday we hosted lots of exciting speakers at PRESENTING JAPAN including renowned performer, Katsumi Sakakura; dancer and producer, Ryo Kagami; designer and founder of Postcard Teas Limited, Takahiro Yagi and movie director, Taichi Kimura.

The presentation culminated in an interesting discussion on how traditional and popular culture have both come to symbolise Japan.

昨年、ブラジルで開催した「JAPAN OMOTENASHI PAVILION」に引き続き、今年10月24日から30日まで、ロンドンで、プレゼンテーションイベント「PRESENTING JAPAN」を開催します。
日本を代表するクリエーターやアーティスト、職人、料理人、スポーツ選手が、
世界中のオーディエンスに日本の価値を伝えるために、ロンドンに結集。
会場では、普段揃わない豪華なプレゼンターによるプレゼンテーションを、6日間に渡り、6つのテーマで行います。
