Congratulations to Debbie Cook, our latest Employee of the Month at St Joseph's Catholic Primary School Luton.
Debbie is a wonderful example of what it means to live our mission and values each day. Her dedication, professionalism and unwavering commitment to supporting others make a real difference to the life of the school. Whether helping colleagues, sharing her extensive knowledge, or quietly ensuring that everything runs smoothly, Debbie consistently goes above and beyond.
What stands out most is her generosity of spirit. She is always willing to help, always positive, and always focused on ensuring others succeed. Her expertise and guidance support not only the day-to-day work of the school but also the development of those around her. As her nomination recognised, many of us would be lost without her.
At St Thomas Catholic Academies Trust, we believe that 'The glory of God is a human being fully alive.' Debbie embodies this through her service, commitment and care for others. In helping colleagues flourish, she helps create the conditions for children to flourish too.
