Introducing a new junior parkrun at Wardown Park.

We are very pleased to announce Luton Wardown junior parkrun will have its first run on July 1st at Wardown Park, Old Bedford Road, Luton, LU2 7HA.

A fantastic paved and fast, safe and flat 2K course ideal for a PB, set in a beautiful park setting.
Meet at the boat house for a 9am start.
Keep an eye out for the Wardown juniors page coming soon.

The event is free of charge but you need to register online at parkrun Uk and opt in for Wardown juniors on you profile page to hear the latest on out fantastic event.
We can only accept printed barcodes. No barcode, no timed result.

Don’t forget your barcode! ages 4-14

Does anyone know the best way to hide wires ? , I have a TV on my fireplace wall and other than crappy wire tubes that look awful I don't know how to hide the wires , my nearest plugs are on the walls either side of the fireplace at the bottom and I have a media shelf on one of the walls halfway up .... Thanks in advance ... Quotes would be useful if anyone can do it for me 😊

If you expect good services from your local sub post office avoid ramridge sub post office in wigmore lane. I have been here a number of times and you cant even get a smile out of them let alone a hello. Their attitude is rude and unacceptable. I will go out of my way to go elsewhere from now on.
