Preparing for school isn’t about ticking off a checklist - it’s about small steps, practised together, that build confidence over time. ✨

Today, we're sharing some advice around screen time:

1. Have some screen-free times, like mealtimes and bedtime, to make space for talking and playing together.
2. Try to limit screen time to one hour a day or less for children aged between 2 and 5.
3. Sharing your child's screen time and chatting about it helps their development.
