Just to let you know that the Parish Council has arranged for the three kissing gates in the vicinity of Beacon Field to be replaced today with more accessible gates for disabled use and pushchairs. The works are expected to be completed by the end of tomorrow.

Thanks to the kindness of a passing ice-cream van for donating some ice creams and lollies to the volunteers who joined in moving all the water bottles today.

Deepest thanks to the three young lads who jumped in the help move a ton of water bottles...awesome Coxheath Spirit

SUNDAY 31st MAY 2026 - MIDDAY

There is a limited supply of bottled water available throughout the day at the Village Hall car-park until 9pm.

PLEASE only make use of this if you don't have access to the main water distribution hubs at the YMCA in Loose, and the Community Centre in Staplehurst. We only have a limited supply in comparison and it will be prioritised for those in most need/vulnerable.

Saturday 1730 - there is a small consignment of water bottles available at the Village Hall carpark, but very limited supplies. We would ask this only be taken by those without access to a car/vehicle and who could travel to Morrison (Sutton Road) or Staplehurst Community Centre where there are large-scale water distribution points.

We will continue to attempt to get more from SEW, and a larger distribution point...but for now, thanks to everyone for helping out the village and all those in need - we can be proud of our village spirit!
