Guys… that rain last night 😩

I’m PRAYING the unit stayed dry.

We’ve got a tiny little drip at the front of the garage and the place is absolutely packed with MDF sheets, furniture, tools, donations and all sorts for Project 33.

Please let us walk in this morning and everything still be dry because honestly… one good leak and we’re finished 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

Someone please be looking over us today 🙏🏼💛

We are SO grateful for the use of this little garage space because otherwise all of this would literally be piled up in my living room 😭😂 and we honestly wouldn’t have got this far without it.

But… we’ve definitely reached the point now where we need somewhere more suitable. Somewhere safe, dry and organised where we can properly store donations, build furniture, prep projects and keep growing what Project 33 is becoming 💛

Now we’re officially a registered CIC, if anybody has any advice, contacts, ideas or knows how we even begin the process of obtaining a building/unit, we would be massively grateful 🙏🏼

The home transformation starts Sunday… but the emotional transformation has already begun.” 💛

She said her and the boys can’t sleep with excitement thinking about Sunday and Monday and what their home is going to feel like afterwards.

And the biggest thing for me?
The change in her already.

The girl I first met was exhausted, overwhelmed and completely worn down by life. But the woman in this video is smiling, excited, hopeful… and you can already see a little bit of her spark coming back.

But this project doesn’t just impact Sarah and the boys.

She has a lovely mum and dad who absolutely adore her and help so much with the boys. And as a parent myself, I know when your child is hurting, you hurt too. Watching your child struggle mentally and emotionally is heartbreaking, no matter how old they are.

So this transformation reaches far beyond just one house.

This will impact the whole family. The atmosphere. The stress levels. The memories made there. The feeling when they walk through the door. The peace of mind knowing Sarah and the boys finally have a calm, beautiful space around them.

Volunteers — honestly, you are some of the best people I’ve ever met. And to every single person that has donated, shared, supported or contributed in any way… this is the difference you are making. 💛

My never ending Project 33 to do list is nearly DONE and I can’t believe we are four sleeps away from transforming this home.

Thank you” doesn’t even cut it when people are being this generous and kind.

The lads have donated £200 towards Project 33
this project is built bit by bit through pure kindness, the company’s the trades. The donations …all believing in what we’re trying to do.

I know that when you see how much this is going to mean to Sarah and the boys Youl be grateful to be part of it.

So Carl & Ollie… thank you, genuinely. Another business with a massive heart behind it 🤍

Good positive start to the morning 💛

timbers Wythenshawe somehow got 17 MDF sheets down the world’s tightest alley 😅

This is the SECOND Project they’ve helped us with and honestly… another company with a massive heart 🤍
We can’t thank you enough for the ongoing support.

Today = painting units, headboard making & ticking jobs off the never ending list 😦✔️

Started the morning with an office breakfast.. I can’t work hungry!

realised I’d forgot my industrial stapler 🤦🏼‍♀️ so currently doing a speed run home because this headboard is getting DONE today 😂

Will show you all how we make it later.., it’s actually so easy!

Riverbank Coffee Riverbank Deli

Sometimes “thank you” just doesn’t feel big enough for the kindness people show. 🤍

Today the lovely lady from Riverbank Cafe came to personally drop off a £500 voucher for Project 33, and honestly…gestures like this are what make these projects so emotional. We picked up some absolutely beautiful things today for Sarah and the boys…

Knowing that local businesses believe in what we’re doing and want to be part of changing somebody’s life means more than I can put into words. This kindness is going to make such a huge difference for Sarah and her boys.
